Like so many of you, the members of Gentleman Caller have been disheartened with lawmakers' refusal to prioritize citizens over the cash that the NRA puts in their pockets, and with how the media allows these all-too-frequent mass shootings of our youth to wash out of the news cycle in a matter of days. In the wake of the massacre at Parkland, however, we have been inspired and buoyed by the teenagers from this school and across the country who are doing what no one else could: keep this conversation alive.
This is their movement, and this is their time, and we wanted to do something to support them, so we have mixed and released this single to show our support. Every dime from the proceeds will go to www.gofundme.com/8psm8-march-for-our-lives to help them, in some small way, continue to push forward. We are asking for a minimum $1 donation for the song, but if you have more to give that would be great. And if you could share this, that would be great too. We know they will make their own revolutionary songs to accompany what is, without question, THEIR revolution. We are proud of them, and proud to stand behind them. #NeverAgain

lyrics
Break the machine
It's obviously not gonna break by itself
Soundtrack the screams
Of this horror movie that we've made of ourselves
Burn down the banks
Stand in front of the tanks, yeah
Let 'em mow you down
Sing it!
Shoot shoot 'til our brains are falling out X8
Let's get it over with now!
We're past the end and all we can do really
Is turn off TV
Into the street
Throw your shoes at the enemy
Give up the dream
Burn down department stores
Stand in front of the horse
Let it mow you down
Sing it!
Shoot shoot 'til our brains are falling out X8
Let's get it over with now!
We're creatures of habit
Fucking like rabbits
To fend off extinction
Too dumb to know that we're already beaten
Sing it!
Shoot shoot 'til our brains are falling out X8
Let's get it over with now!
